SeatGeek

Helping others experience more Live

I primarily design for the core shopping experience. I’ve driven many initiatives across discovery, shopping, and post-purchase, growing from shipping individual features to shaping larger end-to-end experiences.

Most recently, my core focus has been helping fans better understand a seat’s real value through richer signals like imagery, perks, and fan-submitted user-generated content.

SeatGeek is a marketplace, so the work means balancing fans, clients, and the business. It’s pushed me to think more systematically while staying obsessed with the details.

Beyond the Seat Product Release

AI Experiments

Features and ideas I pitched and prototyped using Claude Code, some of which shipped.

Expandable perks in list rows to drive perk education and seat value

Seat detail tooltips and market intel badges; drove up to 4% CVR lift

Elevating Listings with Rich Media

An initiative to present our inventory in a unique way that includes leveraging rich images, videos, and perks. Various improvements through 2025.

Bringing in team logos and colours into the event page that led to +3.21 CVR.

Scalable image grid and gallery. Shipped in 2025, and drove +4.6% GTV and +2% CVR.

User-Generated Content

I led design for fan-submitted seat view photos, including the upload flow, display on listings and event pages, and a long-term vision for scaling UGC.

Image collection and display. Shipped in 2025, drove 40K+ photo submissions, and delivered ~+2.07% GTV impact.

The Fan Content Flywheel: Turning every attendee into a content creator

A flexible season ticket renewal experience

I led design on a 0→1 renewal product that lets season ticket holders upgrade their seats, switch plans, enabling clients to move off a third-party tool.

Browse available seats and relocate in a few steps, that drove 6K+ upgrades and $4.5M+ in GTV

Industry-first Multi-day Shopping Flow

I led end-to-end design for a new multi-day shopping flow for the 2025 Ryder Cup, where fans can buy tickets for multiple days through a single transaction.

Generated $70M+ in GTV and positioned SeatGeek as the leader in golf ticketing

Simplifying Ticket Sharing

I created a long-term vision for ticket sharing at SeatGeek that makes common sharing flows fast and reduces friction for more complex cases.
